100 g flour
20 g cocoa powder
140 g caster sugar
1.5 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
40 g butter at room temperature
120 ml whole milk
120 g hazelnut chocolate spread
Preheat the oven to 170c or 325 f . Lime a 12 hole cupcake tray with paper cases
Put the flour cocoa powder sugar baking powder and butter free standing electric mixer with paddle attachment and beat on a slow speed until Sandy
Slowly pour milk into the flour mixture . Beating well until all the ingredients are all mixed . At the end and beat well .
Spinning mixture into paper cases until 2:34 and bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the SpongeBob answers back when touched. Leave the cupcakes to cool slightly on the train before turning out on a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
What make-up case a cold hollow out a small section in the centre of each one and fill the dollop of hazelnut and chocolate spread.
250 g icing sugar
80g unsalted butter
25 ml whole milk
80g hazelnut and chocolate spread
BBC icing sugar and butter together in a freestanding electric mixer with a paddle attachment on a medium speed until the mixture comes together
next turn it down to a slower speed continue beating into the frosting is light and fluffy at least 5 minutes
The longer the frosting is beating the fluffy and lighter it becomes the better stir in the hazelnut and chocolate spread by hand until evenly mixed into the frosting
When the cupcakes are finished pipe the icing on top.
