Classic Shortbread


Here is what you need to make  24 delicious shortbread biscuits that will be gone In 20 seconds!
150g plain flour
50g caster sugar
100g butter
1.preheat the oven to
[170][325f][gas mark 3] all the ingredients in a bowl.
3.rub the mixture between your fingers.
4.when it looks crumbly squeeze the mixture together to make a ball of  dough.
5.roll out the pastry and then cut out circles.
6.bake for 15~20 mins, cool on rack.
